Medtronic decided to consolidate their two existing offices in Singapore into one HQ located at MBC. They took this opportunity to create a better workplace for employees by introducing more agile and flexible working practices We worked closely with their US design team on the type of work space and proposed a new design concept for Medtronic that is less clinical and formal but more warm and collaborative instead. The results have been very well received by employees.
