Contrast worked with the Sanofi team in both Singapore and Paris to realise this transformational project. Achieving the main objectives of integrating the various business teams by creating a more open and collaborative working environment. The Contrast team worked closely with the senior management team to support the transformation taking them from a traditional environment where 65% of staff sat in private offices to a space where no member of staff even owned a desk.
