Having previously transitioned to an agile working practice Mediacom felt that their largely standard desk environment did not support the way they needed to work. Contrast worked with Mediacom to redefine their space creating different environments with different purposes. One of the issues faced and the reason for a high proportion of desks was attachment to desk ownership and the associated comfort.
