With a significant growth in headcount and limited space to accommodate them, Contrast worked with Group M to redesign their space, increase the density but also create a more exciting and conducive environment for employees to work in. The outcome was welcomed by the employees who felt the space had been much improved, the great success being that most employees did not notice the increase in density and felt the workplace had become more spacious.
