Having seen our work at the Collective Works, Capitaland approached us to assist them with an experiment at their building at 20 Anson Road. It was a concept to create minimally serviced suites on a shared floor in one of their buildings. Unlike typical sub divided floors this floor would also offer a shared Pantry, meeting rooms and an event space.
